If people see recycling ads everyday it keeps it fresh in their minds. If they remember what they saw that day when they get home, they might actually get a recycling bin instead of putting it off until later. I also think that the city should provide recycling bins to everyone. My town doesn't have recycling, only trash collection services. How hard would it be to add a recycling pick up?
