What is a first step companies might take to start recycling

One first step might be to consider writing a recycling mission statement.
Remember your mission statement is going to be the guiding light your employees use as their guide to their actions in fulfilling your mission. We recommend you hang your mission statement prominently so everyone comes in contact with it often.

You might also make wallet size copies of the statement and pass them out to your employees.

One thing is for sure, if you don’t let your employees know you need their involvement, you won’t get it.
